A Year That Could Shape Your Calling

Are you aged 18–30 and exploring what God might be calling you to next?

The Papworth Team Ministry is planning to host the Ministry Experience Scheme from September 2026, offering a year at the heart of a growing rural church community in West Cambridgeshire.

This is more than work experience. It’s a chance to step fully into church life  -sharing in worship, working with children and young people, engaging with schools, supporting pastoral care, and building relationships across our communities, including with older people.

Along the way, you’ll be supported with mentoring, theological reflection, and space to grow in faith as you discern your vocation and look to the future!

Not on the sidelines. Fully involved.
