Work alongside the Team Rector to help develop the Papworth Team Ministry

We’re looking for a part-time Operations Manager to work alongside the Team Rector as Papworth Team Ministry develops its work across fifteen rural parishes. 

Operations and finance will be at the heart of this strategic role, with flexibility to shape the work around the successful candidate’s gifts and experience. 

The post is 18 hours a week, with flexible working and workspace available at our Team Office at Pendrill Court.

The Papworth Team Ministry is planning to host the Ministry Experience Scheme from September 2026, offering a year at the heart of a growing rural church community in West Cambridgeshire.

This is more than work experience. It’s a chance to step fully into church life  -sharing in worship, working with children and young people, engaging with schools, supporting pastoral care, and building relationships across our communities, including with older people.

Along the way, you’ll be supported with mentoring, theological reflection, and space to grow in faith as you discern your vocation and look to the future!
